dc.description.abstractThis project is focused on the development of an application for the Internet Access Service management of permit holders who have operator licenses to the Zonal Coordination administration. The application allows handed of the technical information of Nodes, Links and georeferenced Derivation points. It was developed based on the requirements by ARCOTEL agency.
