This document makes a study of the technical and economic feasibility for the generation and distribution of electric energy produced by photovoltaic systems. For which the costs of solar energy production are analyzed based on the price of designing and implementing a solar generation plant. In addition, the technical analysis is carried out to determine the areas with the best conditions for an adequate installation of photovoltaic generation. The conclusions presented in this project serve as a base to determine the viability of photovoltaic distributed generation projects in terms of technical and economic topics.
