dc.description.abstractThis project was carried out in the city of Guayaquil, within the facilities of the company “Integración y Tecnología Global Protection S.A.”, which objective was to develop an improvement plan based on process management to increase the productivity of the company. The problem is centered on a lack of resources and stock of product inventories, in addition to the physical limitations of the warehouse space.
