dc.description.abstractIn this feasibility study we carry out an analysis on the creation of a company that produces and markets ground onion (Allium cepa L.) in the Latacunga canton, the target market is the annual demand at the level of industries for ground onion, the same which has a quantity of 960,115 kg, with an annual increase of 10%. For the first year the costs will be: MP with an amount of $ 533,065.14 representing 82% of the total production cost.
