dc.description.abstractThe project has the purpose of realize a test of a bioremediation soil to check the level of the bioremediation. The test we have done, bioassay with seeds of wheat (Triticum aestivum), lettuce (Lactuca sativa) and corn (Zea mays), and an enzymatic analysis to determinate the presence of two enzyme, Urease and Catalase.
