dc.description.abstract | The technological proposal entitled "Design and simulation of a kettle with a stirrer to pasteurize
250 liters of milk for the Alaspungo community, Nono parish" arises as an initiative to consolidate
the production of fresh cheese produced by hand by the people of the Alaspungo community
Through the support of the autonomous government of Nono, it seeks to develop the project in
order to provide buyers with the highest quality products.
The research consists of four parts: the initial chapter deals with the theoretical foundations where
the description of the community, the fabrication process of fresh cheese and the different types of
kettles with their corresponding jacketing, stirring system and generation are addressed of heat.
Secondly, the engineering study focused on the analysis of alternatives begins, starting with the
selection of the material, then with calculations of tank design, efforts in the tank, delineation of
the emotion system, design of the turning system, design of structure, stress calculations in the
structure and thermal analysis of the system. Chapter three aims entirely at the validation of the
proposed kettle by simulating components of the equipment such as the tank, structure and thermal
process. The fourth chapter details the costs incurred for the manufacture of the equipment and its
start-up. | |
