Evaluación de los riesgos mecánicos en el área de maquinado de una empresa metal mecánica

Abstract

In order to help the company to reduce and prevent the risk index that exists in the machining area, taking as an important point the mechanical presses, which if a bad operation is used in these machines cause blows, cuts, crushing, loss from some part of their hands or sight to the operators who perform their functions daily, this in turn has an economic influence on the company as a negative point that needs to be solved or improved. To identify the risks, the triple criterion matrix was implemented, and additionally, to calculate the degree of danger of the risks evaluated, we used the FINE method. The legal requirements and regulations for the physical protection of its employees must be complied with in every company in order to prevent the risks caused by different types of machines.
