Abstract

The results reveal that, in social networks, the contents related to the management of the pandemic and its effects predominated and that, in the information concerning Ecuadorians who could not return, which was a minority, the promotion of the institutional image prevailed in management in the emergency. Added to this was a disagreement between issues of interest to compatriots and the Foreign Ministry.
