dc.description.abstractEcuador has recorded more than 40 cases of disappearances that are unsolved as of the date of publication of this document. A more agile solution to this type of situation is the implementation of a web application for facial recognition in real time to search for missing persons using deep neutral networks and artificial vision technologies.
