dc.description.abstractChapter I Indicates overall the study and information collection, around the components will be part of the machine´s construction and design, like materials, equipment and procedures will be used. Chapter II Design alternatives and selection of components which takes into the machine´s systems like; peeling of potatoes, the power transmission system, the pumping system, the filtration system; then is necessary to choose the best alternative looking for the needs of the industry and its viability in economic matters. Chapter III Indicates the mechanical design of the machine, considering the strength, speed, power, flow and geometry; to size and adjust each component, taking account external factors for construction. Chapter IV Focused on a comprehensive analysis of direct and indirect costs, design and construction engineering drawings; and analysis all the investment in the machine.
