dc.description.abstractThis article was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the levels of use and incidence of ICT in the classroom as methodological tools that promote the teaching-learning process, the same that was carried out in a state secondary educational institution, for which a survey was carried out with teachers, in which some factors, which affect the incorporation of ICT in the classroom, were analyzed. Innovative strategies were also proposed for institution in this area.
