dc.description.abstractThis current research paper which has been done at EMAPAL EP is a technical contribution focused on a proposal on how to improve the work environment and conditions of the workers, further it analyzes variables such as physical environment, the organization´s structure, and point of view on how the organization is being managed, and organizational culture. All of the above affect on the work environment of the members, regardless whether they work at a public or a private enterprise.
