dc.description.abstractThe main reason of the development this project called “Feasibility project for the creation of a structural engineering company dedicated to consulting (design and approval of plans) and construction in the city of Quito based on the evaluation of seismic performance of the structures”, is to know the feasibility of creating a company dedicated to providing consulting services in the field of construction and thus provide the best advices to stakeholders on the needs of citizens in the different provinces of the country, regarding the geographical and actual situation. The study is a contribution to the construction sector since the methodology and tools used have provided relevant information such as unsatisfied demand, costs, market analysis, financial information, among others, which will facilitate to take a decision and the proper direction of actions and use of resources, as a result of this study the execution of the project was recommended, taking into account the comments made in each analysis carried out.
