dc.description.abstractThis project is based on providing educational support focused laboratory without chip Salesiana Polytechnic University (home Quito) with which you can perform tests of plastic deformation of the material using rollers. The aim of ¨Design and construction of a profiling roller four seasons for galvanized steel sheets up to 0.9 mm thick and 96 mm wide. "Serve for practice with students on issues of machining processes without chip, deformation and elasticity of materials and to feel the benefits of roller system for deformation plate and observe how this kind of work is done. First we will proceed to analyze the theoretical framework of the machine on which the general knowledge for the roll forming process is acquired. Once the above analysis performed proceeded to perform the calculations of the different elements of the profiling machine. Additionally a maintenance plan for the proper functioning of the profiling will forming machine.
