dc.description.abstractFor the time being, organizational communication is a powerful tool that has significant relevance at the scope of organizations, since nowadays it leads to the management of organizational processes and the efficient information exchange with instruments and content disseminated externally and internally, in order to recognize demands, achievements and goals. By virtue of organizational communication, the person gets access to knowledge in human resources, development in the company, good management of productivity in the different departments. With assertive communication administration, the institutional objectives will be achieved, the ones that are the fundamental mast within each organization and allow the pursue of good goals, objectives and achievements. Therefore, it will lead to the enrollment in different organizations in relation to other institutions that offer similar services with employee’s cooperation. For that reason, the development of a compelling communication process must start from the correct use of communication tools and strategies, which benefit the organization and employees. To achieve the objectives and meet the clients’ expectations, it is necessary to consider the mission and vision of the organization by making an approach to the internal work environment, since good work performance will be essential for the organization and obtaining satisfactory results. Regarding the external environment of the organization, it is the contact between the organization and the public and is in charge of maintaining and fine-tuning public relations and improving the identity and corporate image of the organization.
