dc.description.abstractFor this investigation the analysis of the physical-chemical characteristics of the essential oils was carried out, comparison of antifungal activity by disc test and determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) using microdilution in broth, being the citronella oil the one that presented greater activity against the fungus Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.
