dc.description.abstractThe glucose determination in lignocellulosic material; paper and sawdust has been made with an acid hydrolysis witch H2SO4 and an enzymatic hydrolysis using the alpha cellulose enzyme at variable time and temperature, subsequently the hydrolyzed samples were quantified giving, as well as a result, greater efficiency for enzymatic hydrolysis in paper.
