dc.description.abstractCommunity, solidarity-based economy is seen as a concept, about which no solid criteria has been made. It is put into practice through new ways of production that wager on new ways of cooperation, that reintegrate those who have been excluded from production and consumption. It is characterized for guaranteeing the use of workforce, available resources, and basic needs satisfaction, both material and immaterial. Those who become involved in these processes, make the road towards the transformation of a new society, solidarity-based, egalitarian, and with increased citizen participation.
