Reaffirms that the power relationship presents in the television media and in sports programs in particular, evidences an unequal distribution of commentators, the male presence predominates; It also confirms the challenges that arise for the incursion of women into the sports communication field.
The research was developed from a qualitative perspective; A matrix was built that categorized female beauty from the analysis of: her clothing, her interventions, the treatment she receives within this space, the schedule, gender and number of male and female presenters, which allowed us to contribute data and transform them. in information that contributes to the development of understanding within the way in which the feminine image is constructed in the sports programs of TC Television, an essential element in the grill of this channel.
