The brake system has evolved over the years, the vehicles that come onto the market have adopted disc brakes on all four wheels as well as safety systems to improve braking efficiency and so that heat dissipation occurs in a more efficient way. more optimal. In the present project, an adaptation of hyperventilated brake discs to the four wheels has been carried out, for which the slots and countersunks for the hyperventilated brake disc were designed in a CAD Software (Inventor), also so that the mechanism does not that of floating, some support brackets were designed where the calipers of the four wheels will be seated. For the mechanization of the brackets, a plasma-CNC cutter was used, which performed the oxycut on the selected material, and later with the milling cutter the faces of the brackets are faced because with the cut they come to buckle a little. little and we need them to be parallel. In addition, so that the braking is as optimal as possible in the entire system, a calculation was made to find the ideal brake pump, where the starting point was the braking forces with the factory system and the ratio of the pump. of factory brakes, with all this it was possible to find a pump that satisfies the braking forces and pressures in the new brake system. To verify that the brake system works correctly, the test detailed in the ISO 21069-2 standard was carried out, which is carried out in a brake tester, in addition, a road test was carried out with 3 different speeds to obtain what is the distance in which the vehicle brakes and the braking time, as well as an additional test to verify the initial and final temperature, these tests were carried out with the conventional brake system as well as with the adapted brake system.
