Estudio comparativo de métodos multicriterio en la selección de herramientas software

Abstract

Throughout our daily lives we have processes of any kind and decisions that range from selecting our morning clothes to whether we have to change jobs. Decision-making in effect refers to having a clear objective where it is intended to reach or project towards the future, taking into account the meticulous analysis of the different alternatives. The methodology of the present proposal under development is oriented in an exploratory research that allows to identify the process of comparative study of multicriteria methods in the selection of software tools with a quantitative approach; the working method is quasi-experimental using the technique of observation. This process of analysis with the respective alternatives is carried out from the information that is presented, whether it comes from objective, concise sources or through people or experts who present their different points of view.
