| dc.description.abstract | The present project is focused on carrying out a feasibility study for the creation of a
Comprehensive Aesthetic Center in Quito´s city, in Iñaquito´s parish, as a personalized alternative
of facial and body care which contributes providing a suitable and specialized space providing
aesthetic options and techniques for women and men, with high quality technology, specialized
professionals, materials and supplies that guarantee the expected results by customers.
The feasibility study will be carried out in chapters, the first contains the introduction, followed
by the problem´s determination that includes the formulation of the problem, the theoretical and
practical justification, and the objectives; In the following chapter, the theoretical framework is
developed, which includes the conceptual framework, theoretical bases and critical analysis of the
methodologies, which will make it possible to understand the technical terms used in this degree
project and the theoretical bases that support it; the next chapter corresponds to the materials and
methodology, in which the population is determined, the sample to which the studies, methods and
techniques that will allow obtaining the information will be applied.
The chapter that continues shows the results of the market study, which analyzes the behavior of
demand and supply, market prices and marketing; The technical study is then carried out to define
the size of the project, the ideal location, the internal processes of the organization, the analysis of
legal requirements and the starting necessary investment to execute the project. The market study
established that the Iñaquito´s parish has a target market to which we can offer the services of the
Comprehensive Aesthetic Center.
In the last chapter, the feasibility is evaluated from the economic point of view and it was
determined that the project is viable and that the starting investment required is USD. 72,483.26
for which it is recommended to opt for financing. | |
