dc.description.abstractIn this work was done the morphological characterization and molecular identification (new generation sequencing) of 10 fungal strains of the Institutional strain collection from Salesian Polytechnic University. For the molecular identification the DNA was extracted from the samples and the ITS – 1 and 5.8S region was amplified by the PCR technique. Sequencing analyzes ware compared using the BLAST database to obtain the following species: Aspergillus, Fusarium, Penicillium, Talaromyces y Trichoderma.
