This research work determined the relationship between sociodemographic variables, according to age, marital status, education level, socioeconomic level and place of residence with anxiety levels in users of the CETAD "Proyecto Esperanza" who consume alcohol. The results show that the sociodemographic variables present minimal correlations with respect to anxiety levels in users who consume alcohol. On the other hand, it is evident that there are levels of anxiety ranging from moderate to severe in users aged 21 to 56 years.
