dc.description.abstractThis Project is developed in the company VICESA, which is responsible for the manufacture of glass bottle for industry like alimentary and pharmaceutical. To get the final product it is necessary pass by many stages in the company, the most relevant to the project are the industrial furnaces, cutter, mold, temper, machine verification and human verification. This project develops the systems to monitoring the information in a production line, where information can be obtaining form the PLCs. The main reasons are informing to every person in the plant about the speed, cutter efficiency of the machine, line efficiency. Another advantage from the monitoring system it is the detection about a failure in the line. The monitoring system should have a human machine interface like a SCADA, where you can see the status of the sensors, and in the administrator, login has more options to interact in the SCADA.
