This report shows the development and results of an improvement system for furnace management during the curing process at Tico Electronics, which provides greater security when the process is carried out at night detecting temperature measurements that are outside the operating range of the oven, as well as turning them off automatically once the curing process ends. This is of great importance since the curing process is an essential part of building a reliable engine that meets the needs of Tico Electronics customers. The system was built with a network of sensors and actuators that allow measuring temperatures and managing all the furnaces in the production lines from the internet in a fast and simple way, as well as notifying of the actions that are carried out to have greater security during the process.
