| dc.description | Puede coincidirse en que el xenotrasplante implica un procedimiento por el cual se usan células vivas, tejidos u órganos provenientes de un animal no - humano, trasplantados en un ser humano, o utilizados en perfusiones ex vivo. Ahora bien, a través del presente análisis se intenta abordar esa problemática desde la Ética y el Derecho, concretamente desde el Derecho Civil, llegando a la conclusión de que aquella temática excede los límites que se enmarcan en la ley interna referida a los trasplantes entre humanos. | |
| dc.description | It may be agreed on that a xenotransplant implies a procedure whereby non-human animal living cells, tissues or organs are either used transplanted to a human being or in ex vivo perfusions. Nevertheless, the current approach seeks to focus on this issue seen from the Ethics and in accordance with the Law, to be more accurate, it takes into account the Civil Rights. As a conclusion, this controversial procedure goes beyond the limits enshrined in the internal law which refers to human transplants. | |
