| dc.description | Mediante el artículo El juicio Abreviado: “Una Herramienta Eficaz” se ofrece al lector un bagaje de información teórica (FAZ TEÓRICA), para que tome contacto con los datos que hacen a la historia de la concepción del instituto previsto en el art. 431 bis del Código Procesal Penal de la Nación y pueda recrearse la polémica que circundó el modelado del mismo -el pasado del juicio abreviado- , a su vez se lo invita a realizar un recorrido entre las distintas criticas actuales que azotan a la norma - presente del juicio abreviado que reedita las quejas del pasado- para luego analizar hasta que punto ellas devienen razonadas o son producto de generalizaciones que terminan demonizando un instituto que cuenta con innumerables bondades -Demostración que se aborda mediante la observación práctica del trabajo de la Fiscalía Federal General nº 1 de La Plata que defiende la utilidad de la norma- FAZ PRACTICA-. | |
