| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo aborda el surgimiento y reconocimiento legal de una nueva forma de trabajo en Argentina vinculada a la economía popular. La metodología utilizada fue fundamentalmente normativa-analítica, donde a través de un análisis jurídico de legislación nacional e internacional vigente sobre el tema, se busca evidenciar las dificultades que aún se presentan en torno a la garantía de los derechos laborales de sus trabajadores. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This article addresses the arising and legal recognition of a new form of work in Argentina linked to the popular economy. The methodology used was normative-analytical, where we seek to highlight the difficulties that still appear regarding the guarantee of labor rights of its workers through a legal analysis of the national and international legislation on the subject. | |
