Se empleó una técnica de calcificación de órganos mediante inyecciones con permanganato de potasio, con o sin administración previa de dihidrotaquisterol. El tejido clasificado pasa posteriormente a tejido fibroso cicatricial. Se obtuvo éxito en piel de ratón, ovario de perra y testículos de ratón y perro.Injections of potassium permanganate, with or without prior administration of dihydrotachysterol, were used to produce calcification. After the calcification were induced the tissues undergoing to repair process of fibrosis.
