dc.description.abstractSe comenta el rol del primer y segundo principio de la Termodinámica en el análisis de la performance térmica de viviendas y edificios. El concepto de exergía se presenta en forma básica. Se propone una simple fórmula para caracterizar la eficiencia exergética de una dada vivienda. También se dan ejemplos de aplicación. Se establecen conclusiones preliminares.
dc.description.abstractIt is made a comment on the role that first and second laws of Thermodynamic play in the thermal performance analysis of dwellings and buildings. The exergy concept is presented in a basic way. It is posed a simple formula to characterize the exergetic efficiency of a given dwelling. Application examples are also given. Preliminary conclusions are stayed.
