| dc.description | Se estudió la distribución de compuestos animados (reacción positiva a la ninhidrina) en 34 ejemplares de siete diferentes especies argentinas de Phroradendron, procedentes de dos zonas fitogeográficas bien definidas: (a) Misiones (P. hieronymi, P.liga, P. Piperoides, P. ulophyllum y P. venezuelense) y (b) centro-oeste argentino (P. argentinum, P. hieronymi, P. liga y P. pruinosum). Con ayuda de la cromatografía en capa fina se observaron diferencias cuali y cuantitativas significativas, en especial con respecto al contenido de tiramina, que va desde O a 0,41 por ciento sobre material desecado, según la especie y la zona | |
| dc.description | The distribution of amine compounds(positive reaction against ninhydrin reagent)was tested in 34 specimens of the genus Phoradendron, coming from two phytogeographycally definite argentine areas:(a) Misiones (P. hieronymi, P.liga, P. Piperoides, P. ulophyllum and P. venezuelense) and (b) center-western (P. argentinum, P. hieronymi, P. liga y P. pruinosum). The TLC analyses of the extracts showed both qualitative and quantitative differences. The tyramine content was especially significant: the data fluctuated between 0 and 0.41 g of substance per 100 g of dried material according with the species and zone. | |
