| dc.description | En este trabajo se reporta la modelación de la curva de equilibrio para diez modelos encon- trados en la literatura, siendo los modelos de Bradley y Aguerre los que mejor describen el proceso de de- sorción. Se realizó la determinación de las curvas cinéticas del disofenol en un secador de laboratorio en operación discontinua, en un rango de temperaturas entre 40ºC y 80ºC y espesores del lecho de secado entre 8 mm y 15 mm. Como resultado del diseño experimental realizado se obtuvo un modelo para la determinación del tiempo de secado en función del espesor de la torta húmeda y de la temperatura del aire de secado. | |
| dc.description | In this work the modeling of the equilibrium curve was reported by ten models found in the literature, being the models of Bradley and Aguerre those that better they describe the desorption process. The determination of the kinetic curves of the disophenol was carried out in a laboratory dryer in discontinuous operation in a range of temperatures between 40ºC and 80ºC and bed thickness between 8 mm and 15 mm. As a result of the carned out experimental design a model was obtained for the determination of the time of drying in function of the thickness of the wet calce and the temperature of the air drying | |
