| dc.description | The article is dedicated to restore a form of military reflection during the last two decades of the 19th Century which proposed a flexible link between the army and the male population in Argentina, rejecting the project of a compulsory service. This work intends to restore the main lines of reasoning and to identify the critical conjunctures that caused a shift in the concerns, the formulation of other diagnoses and the emergence of new worries. | |
