dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se estudió el proceso de purificación de estreptotricina proveniente de caldos de fermentación de una cepa de Streptomyces cyaneus por cromatografía de intercambio iónico con resina IRA 45 y cromatografía de exclusión en Sephadex G10. Se realizó un estudio comparativo entre este método y el método de precipitaciones sucesivas establecido para este proceso.
dc.descriptionThe purification process of a streptothricin mixture from fermentation broths of a strain of Streptomyces cyaneus was carried out by ion exchange chromatography on IRA-45 resin and gel exclusion chromatography on Sephadex G-10 dextran gel. A comparative study between this method and other one based on successive precipitations was made.
