| dc.description | <p>La sistematización de experiencias se desarrolla en el Instituto Técnico Industrial Piloto con docentes de primera infancia realizando un ejercicio de reflexión frente a las dinámicas de las Transiciones Efectivas y Armónicas para fortalecer los vínculos afectivos entre docente - estudiante y de esta manera transformar las prácticas en beneficio a la comunidad educativa. Este proceso se hace necesario reconstruir los hechos teniendo como base las fases de sistematización de Oscar Jara, iniciando con la recolección del archivo documental, el cual fue fundamental, desde los ejes: procesos llevado a cabo de la experiencia, impacto en los docentes y por último transformaciones de la práctica pedagógica, abordados desde diferentes puntos de vista partiendo de las voces mismas tanto de las participantes como de las gestoras del proyecto a través de la implementación de entrevistas a profundidad. Este proceso se sustenta en un enfoque metodológico hermenéutico dialéctico, que permite que los participantes alcancen la comprensión e interpretación de los conceptos llevándolos a la reflexión de la práctica.</p> | |
| dc.description | The systematization of experiences is developed in the Instituto Técnico Industrial with preschool teachers carrying out a reflection exercise on the dynamics of Effective and Harmonic Transitions to strengthen the affective bonds between teacher — student with the purpose of improving the teaching practices in the educational community. This process makes necessary to restructure the facts based on the systematization phases of Oscar Jan, beginning with the collection of the documentary file, which was fundamental, allowing the conflict of what was lived and what was currently practiced through the teaching exercise. It is necessary to work on three axes such as: processes carried out from the experience, impact on teachers and transformations of the pedagogical practice, approached from different points of view starting from the voices of both the participants and the head directors of the project through the implementation of the data collection instrument like the interview. This systematization is based on a dialectical hermeneutic methodological approach, which allows the participants to understand the concepts, leading them to reflect on the practice. Finally, the analysis is presented by the interpretation where is evident how these processes have been transformed and how they have helped children in their transition from one school stage to another. Also, it is producing a harmonious and effective way to learn. | |
