dc.description<p>El presente trabajo de investigación y proyecto arquitectónico, surge en la oportunidad de plantear una solución para la vivienda en una zona con inundación moderada, en el cual se pueda generar un propicio para el desarrollo de la vida campesina.</p> <p>Sustentada en dos partes fundamentales, la primera en el diagnostico y análisis del lugar frente a las condiciones ambientales, sociales y económicas existentes y los posibles cambios respecto a las propuestas de cambio y adaptación enfocadas en el sector; la segunda, surge del estudio de la familia Cerro, la cual, de acuerdo a unas necesidades específicas, propicia la creación de una vivienda multifamiliar enfocada en la ejecución de actividades productivas presentes actualmente zona y a planes futuros.</p>
dc.descriptionThis research work and architectural project arises from the opportunity to propose a solution for housing in an area with moderate flooding, which can generate a conducive to the development of rural life. It is based on two fundamental parts, the first in the diagnosis and analysis of the place with respect to the existing environmental, social and economic conditions and the possible changes regarding the proposals for change and adaptation focused on the sector; the second, arises from the study of the Cerro family, which, according to specific needs, favors the creation of a multifamily housing focused on the implementation of productive activities currently present in the area and future plans.
