| dc.description | <p>En el presente estudio de caso se abordan las transformaciones territoriales que ha tenido la vereda Cascajal, ubicada en el municipio de Subachoque-Cundinamarca debido a las migraciones multilocales que han acontecido en la última década. Para ello, se destaca el uso de tres categorías conceptuales principales, que son: 1- El entorno biofísico, considerando los impactos a nivel de coberturas, usos de suelo, tamaño y uso de los predios 2- La normatividad local vigente aplicable al ordenamiento territorial rural y su real relevancia práctica ante las transformaciones territoriales y, 3-las relaciones sociales, instauradas entre residentes antiguos y nuevos, teniendo en cuenta cambios en la demografía, la procedencia y la permanencia derivados de la movilidad humana, así como las motivaciones profundas de los actores sociales involucrados que influyen en la tenencia y el uso que le dan al suelo rural, para desarrollar la investigación y de los resultados obtenidos del análisis de las tres categorías conceptuales abordadas, dilucidar como este fenómeno de migración multilocal ha generado dinámicas nuevas que han impactado y transformado el territorio veredal y municipal.</p> | |
| dc.description | This case study addresses the territorial transformations that have taken place in the rural area named Cascajal, located in the municipality of Subachoque-Cundinamarca due to the multilocal migrations that have occurred in the last decade. For this, the use of three main conceptual categories stands out, which are: 1- The biophysical environment, considering the impacts at the level of vegetative cover, land use, size and use of the land, 2- The current local regulations applicable to rural land use and their real practical significance to territorial changes and, 3-the social relationships established between old and new residents, considering changes in demography, the origin and permanence of human mobility, as well as the deep motivations of the social actors involved which influence the land ownership and use of rural land, to develop the research and the results obtained from the analysis of the three conceptual categories addressed, to clarify how this phenomenon of multilocal migration has generated new dynamics that have impacted and transformed the local and municipal territory. | |
