| dc.description | <p>Este proyecto de grado tiene como meta la transformación del tomate de árbol que se cosecha en la finca Villa Carlota, ubicada en el municipio de Sutamarchán, Boyacá, en un producto comercial en el que se tengan en cuenta las propiedades nutricionales y organolépticas de este fruto.Se pretende principalmente generar una opción innovadora dentro del mercado poco diverso del tomate de árbol. Se consultaron diferentes factores como la popularidad del producto nacional e internacionalmente, las propiedades y beneficios que contiene este fruto y su incidencia en la realización industrial de un producto innovador.</p>
<p><br />Teniendo estos factores en cuenta, las posibilidades de expansión del mercado permitirían llegar a nichos más grandes de consumidores, generando un reconocimiento sobre el producto. Al aumentar los niveles en la producción de este alimento, se incrementará proporcionalmente el número de empleos generados para las personas de la vereda y con el tiempo esto permitirá a la población mejorar su calidad de vida mostrando a la industrialización urbana y la importancia del campo en Sutamarchán.</p> | |
| dc.description | The goal of this degree project is to transform the tree tomato that is harvested at the Villa Carlota farm, located in the municipality of Sutamarchán, Boyacá, into a commercial product that takes into account the nutritional and organoleptic properties of this plant. . It is mainly intended to generate an innovative option within the not very diverse market of tree tomato. Different factors were consulted, such as the popularity of the product nationally and internationally, the properties and benefits that this fruit contains and its impact on the industrial realization of an innovative product. Considering these factors, the possibilities of market expansion would allow reaching larger consumer niches, generating recognition of the product. By increasing the levels in the production of this food, the number of jobs generated for the people of the village will increase proportionally and over time, this will allow the population to improve their quality of life, showing urban industrialization and the importance of the countryside in Sutamarchán. | |
