| dc.description | La escasez de agua y las inundaciones fuertes de los últimos años en la zona de la altiplanicie cundiboyacense implican la necesidad de estudiar con mayor profundidad el comportamiento de la precipitación anual con el propósito de proponer soluciones a estas problemáticas hidroclimáticas. En este estudio se trata de dar respuesta a dos preguntas que son: ¿se está presentando un cambio en los valores totales anuales de precipitación? ¿El cambio de la precipitación en la zona de estudio obedece a ciclos? Según este estudio, en el 85,7 % de los casos, el signo de las fases de ciclos concordó con la evolución de los valores promedios de precipitación, lo que abre la posibilidad de estimar a largo plazo el comportamiento de la precipitación total anual en la zona de estudio, utilizando el concepto de ciclicidad | |
| dc.description | Water scarcity and severe flooding in the Altiplano Cundiboyacense (Cundiboyacense High Plateau) area during recent years, imply the need for a more in-depth study of the behavior of annual precipitation in order to propose solutions to these hydro-climatic issues. This study attempts to answer the following two questions: are the total annual precipitation values changing? And, is the precipitation change in the studied area cyclic?
