dc.description<p>El proyecto se ejecutó en la vereda Santa Cruz del municipio de El Tarra, Norte de Santander. Para el establecimiento del cultivo se sembró frijol (Phaseolus vulgaris) variedad Zaragoza Rosado en un área de 2.500 m2 en una distancia de siembra de 25 cm entre plantas y 60 cm entre surcos. El proyecto abarcó cuatro componentes los cuales son: Componente agronómico donde se esperaba obtener 700 kg del producto, sin embargo, por problemas de exceso de precipitaciones limito la producción. Componente investigativo: Se estableció 256 m2 de maíz (Zea mays) variedad Puyita evaluando su rendimiento frente a diferentes densidades de siembra. Componente social se tomó como principal objetivo capacitar a los campesinos de la región sin comprometer la seguridad personal, realizando charlas y entrevistas en la emisora Asunción Estéreo y en la Institución Educativa Monseñor Díaz Plata. dc.descriptionThe project was carried out in the Santa Cruz district of the municipality of El Tarra, Norte de Santander. For the establishment of the crop, beans (Phaseolus vulgaris) variety Zaragoza Rosado were planted in an area of 2,500 m2 at a planting distance of 25 cm between plants and 60 cm between rows. The project included four components which are: Agronomic component where 700 kg of the product was expected to be obtained, however due to problems of limited excess rainfall in production. Research component: 256 m2 of maize (Zea mays) variety Puyita was measured evaluating its performance against different planting densities. A social component was carried out with the main objective of training peasants in the region without compromising personal safety, conducting talks and interviews at the Asunción Estéreo radio station and at the Monseñor Díaz Plata Educational Institution.
