Este estudio se desarrolla bajo una metodología cualitativa y descriptiva, que recopila información por medio de entrevistas y encuestas, aplicadas a mujeres que han accedido a estos cargos en aquella entidad estatal. Los resultados obtenidos señalan el perfil de la mujer directiva y la ampliación de sus capacidades a través del desarrollo directivo en su vida.</p> | |
