| dc.description | <p>En el presente artículo nos proponemos aclarar, con Foucault, cuáles son los escenarios y las estrategias que permiten la instauración del poder y el saber sobre el sujeto en el contexto de su obra Vigilar y castigar: nacimiento de la prisión, centrándonos en la modernidad. Tal propósito lo perseguimos a través de la reconstrucción de los tres conceptos que consideramos claves: vigilancia, castigo y examen; mostrando su origen, no solo en los contextos específicos de formación, sino también el origen que las sociedades disciplinadas les permitió compartir al interior del modelo panóptico. De ese modo mostraremos la reciprocidad existente entre los tres y la manera como cada concepto contribuye a la conformación de los sujetos como objetos de poder y de saber</p> | |
| dc.description | In this article we propose to clarify, with Foucault, which are the scenarios and strategies that allow the establishment of power and knowledge about the subject in the context of his book Discipline and punish the birth of the Prison, focusing on modernity. We pursue this purpose through the reconstruction of the three concepts that we consider key: vigilance, punishment and examination; showing their origin, not only in the specific contexts of conformation, but also the origin that the disciplined societies allowed them to share within the panoptic model. In this way we will show the reciprocity between the three and the way each concept contributes to the conformation of the subjects as objects of power and knowledge | |
