| dc.description | <p>El estudiar cómo el voluntariado de la Cruz Roja Colombiana Seccional Boyacá construye capital social y así ayuda al fortalecimiento institucional, llevó a identificar elementos que tal vez nunca fueron analizados a profundidad. Dentro de estos elementos, se encuentran el afianzamiento de valores, la aprehensión de otras normas, el reconocimiento de sus redes internas y la importancia de trabajar con otros voluntarios y otras instituciones que si bien no tiene los mismos principios y fines institucionales, si convergen en valores como la solidaridad, el compromiso, la entrega y el amor por las comunidades más necesitadas, que los llevan a trabajar sin una recompensa por lo menos económica.</p> | |
