dc.descriptionThis article describes the consolidation process of a translators in training workshop specialized in Caribbean literature. The story of the workshop and its methodology are presented in detail. The advantages of the collaborative approach followed in the workshop are highlighted. Lastly, the purpose and desirability of a workshop like this to other publishing and university projects in the Colombian context is emphasized.
