| dc.description | El fenómeno de la delincuencia aqueja cada vez más a la sociedad costarricense. A través de los aparatos ideológicos de poder, se ha pretendido buscar una solución tanto formal (legislativa, ejecutiva, judicial, penitenciario) como informal (medios de comunicación, religión, etcétera). La respuesta actual a este fenómeno se ha potenciado a partir del discurso del derecho penal del enemigo, donde las concepciones tradicionales se han eliminado mediante una ruptura del orden establecido. La migración es un claro ejemplo de este cambio, por medio del recrudecimiento legislativo en la materia y la diferenciación entre los unos y los otros. Llegados a este punto, surge la siguiente pregunta: ¿qué hay fuera de esta ideología?The phenomenon of crime increasingly afflicts Costa Rican society. Through the ideological apparatus of power, it has been sought to find a solution, both formal (legislative, executive, judicial, penitentiary) and informal (media, religion, etcetera). The current response to this phenomenon has been strengthened from the discourse of the criminal law of the enemy, where traditional conceptions have been eliminated through a rupture of the established order. Migration is a clear example of this change, through legislative tightening in the matter and the differentiation between the two.
