| dc.description | En el capitalismo mexicano del siglo xxi la gestión estatal del despojo siembra economías de enclave dedicadas a la extracción y la exportación de recursos naturales y le concede el uso preferente a recursos vitales (como el agua) a favor de los megaproyectos en detrimento de las necesidades humanas. La expansión de la megaminería transcurre por una división internacional del trabajo que implementa en los territorios intervenidos el despojo hídrico y la mercantilización del agua, a la vez que provoca la depredación del patrimonio natural de las comunidades y deriva en efectos destructivos y degenerativos del medio ambiente. | |
