| dc.description | El uso de membranas elásticas cada vez es más frecuente en química, física y micro-ingeniería. Debido a sus excelentes propiedades químicas y físicas, fácil manejo y costo para producir micro componentes, moldes, válvulas, micro-lentes, etc. En este trabajo se describe el proceso de fabricación y caracterización tanto mecánica como óptica de membranas elásticas elaboradas de PoliDiMetilSiloxane (PDMS Sylgard 184). Dichas membranas se utilizarán como superficies refractoras de Lentes Líquidas con Longitud Focal Variable (LLLFV), las cuales están sometidas a los cambios de presión del medio líquido contenido entre ellas. Finalmente se presentan los resultados experimentales obtenidos y simulaciones del comportamiento físico de las membranas. | |
| dc.description | Elastic membranes are being used more and more in chemistry, physics and micro-engineering. This is due to their excellent chemical and physical properties as well as their cost and being easy to handle in the production of micro components, moulds, valves, separator tubes, micro lenses etc. This study, therefore, describes the manufacturing process and the mechanical and optical characterization of elastic membranes made from polydimethylsiloxane ((PDMS Sylgard 184) which undergo changes of pressure in the liquid medium between them. Finally, the experimental results and simulations of the physical performance of the membranes are presented. | |
