Educação e direitos humanos: trajetórias de Porto Alegre no enfrentamento à violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes

Abstract

Esta tese aborda as estratégias da rede de atendimento a crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual identificados na cidade de Porto Alegre, apresentando um mapeamento dos fluxos de comunicação, através da análise dos dispositivos de registro e da malha comunicativa existente. Neste sentido, observar as articulações entre as diferentes áreas por meio das seguintes questões: Como se organiza o fluxo de atendimento de crianças e adolescentes identificados como vítimas de violência sexual? Como são os instrumentos de registro de acolhida nestes casos? Como se constrói a malha comunicativa da rede de atendimento à criança e ao adolescente vítimas? Como prevenir a violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes visando à reflexão sobre o papel da escola e dos profissionais da educação sobre este tema? A pesquisa justifica-se à medida que visa descobrir como se apresentam as ações relacionadas ao “Enfrentamento da Violência Sexual”, a partir de um posicionamento crítico sobre como podemos entender as questões relacionadas ao tema nas diferentes áreas, nas práticas da educação, da saúde, da segurança e dos direitos humanos, sendo esta uma entre inúmeras possibilidades.

This thesis discusses the strategies of the network for child and adolescent victims of sexual violence identified in Porto Alegre, with a mapping of communication flows through the analysis of log devices and existing communication network. In this sense, observing the connections between the different areas through the following questions: How do you organize the flow of care for children and adolescents identified as victims of sexual violence? How are the instruments of record received in these cases? How to build a communicative mesh for child and adolescent victim’s network? How to prevent sexual violence against children and adolescents aim is to reflect on the role of schools and education professionals about this topic? The research is justified as it seeks to discover how to present the actions related to "Against Sexual Violence," from a critical stance on how we understand the issues related to the topic in various areas, the practices of education, health, security and human rights, which is one among many possibilities.
