| dc.description | A corroborada necessidade da Tecnologia da Informação como parte da infraestrutura nas instituições públicas e privadas, tem impulsionado pesquisas acerca dos efeitos negativos ou positivos desta em consonância com o desenvolvimento sustentável. Nesse ensejo, destaca-se, o emprego de práticas de Gestão de TI Verde ou Green IT que visam redução nos impactos ambientais causados pelo consumo de recursos tecnológicos. Este estudo trata de técnicas que podem ser utilizadas na rotina de ambientes institucionais e que promovam a redução dos gastos com energia elétrica sem comprometer o seu funcionamento, trazendo consigo uma mudança de hábito no servidor/usuário permitindo a adoção de práticas sustentáveis em suas atividades cotidianas. Esta pesquisa é o registro da implementação da TI Verde em nível Tático no IFTO Campus Palmas na qual se observou os impactos casados pela adoção dessas práticas bem como a recepção dos usuários as mudanças sugeridas na rotina de utilização de suas estações de trabalho. Resultou desta pesquisa uma lista de instruções para implantação de Boas Práticas de TI Verde nos Institutos Federais da rede de ensino técnico e tecnológico do Governo Federal. | |
| dc.description | The corroborated need of Information Technology as part of the infrastructure in public and private institutions, has driven research on the negative or positive effects of this in line with sustainable development. In this opportunity, it is worth noting the use of Green IT Management practices Or Green IT that aim to reduce the environmental impacts caused by the consumption of technological resources. This study deals with techniques that can be used in the routine of institutional environments and that promote the reduction of the expenses with electric energy without compromising its operation, bringing with it a change of Habit in the server / user allowing the adoption of sustainable practices in their daily activities. This research is the record of the Green IT implementation at the Tactical level in the IFTO Campus Palmas in which the married impacts were observed by the adoption of these practices as well as the reception of the users suggested changes in routine use of their workstations. This research resulted in a list of instructions for the implementation of Green IT Good Practices in the Federal Institutes of the technical and technological education network of the Federal Government. | |
